The flavor is very rich, with creamy fruit
layers of structure and rounded finish with tender tones of long lasting oak. It goes extremely well with salads with creamy dressing, pastas with creamy sauces, mature cheeses with a softer texture, roasted turkey, chicken and beef with lemon, pork fillet in mushroom sauce, cold pork.
